Deep cleaning may involve cleaning hard-to-reach areas, disinfecting surfaces, removing stubborn stains, and paying special attention to details that are typically overlooked during routine cleaning. We use proprietary products and HEPA-filtered vacuums to remove allergens out of the air and furniture, as well as cleaning on top of appliances.

FreshGlo Cleaning here to help. To allow us to be most efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, household items and clutter before the team arrives. This allows us to move through your home more quickly, which can lessen the cost. Please put away any important documents and valuables. Also, make sure your pets are somewhere comfortable so we don’t disrupt their peace.

No. Our team work on a typical work week schedule, and most of our clients are gone when we arrive. In these cases, we’re provided a spare key or a door or garage code so we can let ourselves in and lock up when we’re done. Before Your Clean
To help us make this goal a reality, here are some steps you can take to get your home ready for your clean:
 – Remove Clutter
Because moving clutter – clothes, toys, etc. – out of the way slows our cleaners down when they clean, removing as much of the clutter from your floors and other areas as possible helps them out. This includes washing the dishes you’ve left in the sink (unless you’ve chosen one of our Add-on Cleaning services!).
 – Secure Your Pets
Find a good spot for your pets where they’ll be safe, secure, and comfortable while our PROs clean. If you’re closing them into a room or cage, be sure they have enough food and water, as well as a place to go to the bathroom, until your cleaning is done and you return home.
 – Arrange Payment
If you haven’t already arranged a payment method before our team arrives, leave cash or a check somewhere visible, such as your kitchen counter.
Before your team arrive, our team will review the details of your cleaning plan with you. If you will not be home when the FreshGlo Cleaning team arrives, we’ll be sure to get information on how to get into your home, such as your garage or door code or the location of your spare key.

Yes – we encourage this! Your preferences help us give you the cleaning your home deserves. We ask that you communicate your special requests – one-time or regular – directly to your local FreshGlo Cleaning office rather than to your team. This allows us to respond to your request and record this information in your file so that anyone who visits your home knows your preferences.
FreshGlo Cleaning is happy to offer cleaning once a week, every other week, or once a month depending on your individual cleaning needs. You can also request one-time maid service, such as for special events, moving in or out of a home, hosting a holiday, or almost any other reason. Since we work on a contract-free basis, you can update or change your cleaning frequency to fit your individual budget, schedule, and cleaning needs.
If your regularly scheduled cleaning appointment falls on a holiday, we’ll reach out to you to reschedule.
We understand things happen and you may not be able to keep your scheduled clean – That’s OK! Just please let us know a minimum of 2 business days in advance of your appointment and we’ll do our best to shift your schedule. If we receive less than 2 business days’ notice or we cannot access your home, FreshGlo Cleaning will charge 50% of your cleaning. When rescheduling or canceling your cleaning, please contact your local FreshGlo Cleaning’s office manager via text or email, not your team.
